The Restricted Property Trust (RPT) is a vehicle for successful business owners to mitigate income taxes and appreciate assets. This plan offers considerable Pre-Tax Contributions, Tax Deferred Growth, and Tax Advantaged Distributions.

The RPT allows a corporation to select who participates and the corporation get a 100% deduction for premiums paid and the participant only needs to contribute ∼30% of  premium paid each year as income.  The assets are invested in whole life insurance policy, which is held in a trust, and the participant needs to participate 5 years.
