Credit Scores, a.k.a. FICO. Joining us for this part will be Tiffany Cross, a 16-year veteran of the credit repair industry. Tiffany's first-ever presentation on the Financial Experts webinar series received the highest rating ever awarded with a 98.9% excellent rating. Tiffany will share two examples of how clients (or their adult children) and how they cane improve and maintain their credit scores.
Mortgage Refinance: Joe Damo from Sun West Mortgage will share two examples of how clients benefit from a refinance. One involves a financial advisor and fellow Financial Experts subscriber (Michael) who is self-employed. I asked Joe to share this example because (1) Michael was so thrilled with the experience, and (2) I think many people who are self-employed may needlessly conclude they cannot refinance their mortgage or purchase a home because they cannot get a mortgage. That's not always true! Joe will also share an example of how a client, 62 or older, can use a reverse mortgage to pay off a conventional mortgage so they can eliminate their monthly P&I payments.
