Attendees will learn how to combine strategies such as CRUTs, DAFs, TCLATs, 1045 Tax-free Exchanges, Section 1202 Exclusions, NINGS, SLATs, and ILITS to lesson estate/income/capital gains taxes as well as create deferred inheritance, make large charitable contributions, diversify assets in a tax-free environment, protect assets from potential creditors, and much more.
