Join nationally renowned estate planning attorney Alan Gassman, Esq. when he covers both simple and complicated Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts ("CRATs") and Charitable Remainder Unitrusts ("CRUTs"), as well as Flip NIMCRUTs, which can be used very effectively for income tax planning purposes. Additionally, Alan will discuss how CLATs and CRUTs can be formed and used under S corporations, Dynasty Trusts, and other effective applications.

• Discuss the differences between CRATs and CRUTs and when each type of trust may be preferable based on client objectives and circumstances.

• Explain how Charitable Lead Annuity Trusts (CLATs) and Charitable Remainder Unitrusts (CRUTs) can be formed and utilized within S corporations.

• Explore how these charitable planning techniques can be integrated into Dynasty Trust structures to achieve long-term wealth preservation goals.

• Present case studies and real-life examples illustrating the use of CRATs, CRUTs, Flip NIMCRUTs, CLATs, and CRUTs in various planning scenarios.
