Join us for a conversation with Dennis Moore, CEO of the Financial Planning Association, as he shares what’s new at FPA and what the organization offers financial planners today. Moore, who stepped into the CEO role in late 2025 after two decades of service to FPA at the chapter and national levels — including a term as national president — will discuss FPA’s current priorities around education, advocacy, and practice resources, and where he sees the organization heading as it builds on 25 years of supporting the profession.

Dennis has been a consistent presence within FPA at both the chapter and national levels over the past two decades. He was previously the president of the FPA of Dallas/Fort Worth and the FPA of West Texas chapters. Having held several roles on both the operational and financial planning sides of firms, Moore was also an adjunct professor of financial planning at Texas Tech University, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in personal financial planning.
