I finally learned the definition of inverted yield curve - 10 yr minus 2 yr treasury. Long term investing is not adjusting allocations quickly. Tech and discretionary has not done well in inflationary times. Gold and Oil have been the largest gainers on average.

Professor Derek Horstmeyer shared his extensive research on how rising interest rates and rising inflation affect investors' portfolio. Derek discussed how negative real interest rates and central banking policy relates to risk taking. Derek also discussed what asset classes do best when inflation is peaking and what can be done to safe guard position when rates increase.
