A few comments from listeners when they were asked what the learned from the webinar:

Loved this, both understanding more the brain, how it works and recognizing "which mode" we or our clients are in helping us to communicate better so we can help them! I've always been interested in right/left brain education. I also didn't know about the AFC or FBS certifications and found that interesting as well!
- Heather C.

I loved that this metaphor is not judgmental and helps us understand ourselves. Loved the tips on how to trick the elephant!
- Sonia F.

Encouraging clients to take small actions to reach their long -term goals.
- Felicia O.

Very interesting explanations, strategies for handling logical vs. emotional decision-making. Great seminar, great slides, well presented!
- Frank M.

I'd never heard the concept of the rider and the elephant before, but I can see how it's relevant in so many areas of life! I enjoyed how this presentation dealt with the more psychological side of things. It's important to consider psychology and human behavior in financial planning.
