Social Security Formulas, Taxes, Spousal Benefits and Long-Term Projections
Presented by Kurt Czarnowski,

Former Social Security director Kurt Czarnowski provided a refresher on how Social security benefits are calculated, how they may be taxed and how spousal benefits (non-working spouse, divorce, survivor) work. As always, the Q&A session was very helpful with Kurt addressing several client scenarios.

Kurt only briefly addresses the Social Security Trustees 2021 projections to address the question of 'Will Social Security be there for me?". For more on this topic, please click here to watch an interview with Kurt where he goes in to great detail on the solvency of Social Security.
