A few comments from listeners:

Good review of general concepts with a couple of more helpful tips regarding trusts and taxation.
- Steve W.

It was a lot of information, but the key takeaway was to rely on the CPA and estate planning attorney to shift my liability as a FA.
- Ashleigh B.

Really liked the Post Mortem distribution slide - it helped me better understand this complex topic! The Before RMD or After RMD along with EDB/Qualified breakdowns and when they had to take annual RMDs vs not was simplified with this slide. It's been a confusing topic to follow and people definitely doing it incorrectly. Also, huge point to remember the difference when parent leaves to child versus grandchild - the 5 yr applies.
- Heather C.

The thing that I learned is to slow down investigate the situation and use a consultative approach with the clients CPAS and Attorney.
- Dalton K.

You always learn something from Bob Keebler, no matter how well you think you know the subject.
