When it comes to retaining control over certain assets, such as investments or real estate, Directed Trusts is a type of trust that is used to split trustee responsibilities.

This webinar features Kevin McNee from Madison Trust Company, a South Dakota based trust company, who will explain the importance of situs (jurisdiction) and directed trusts and how they are different than traditional trusts.
