Join Kevin J Brady, CFP®, and Larry Pon, CPA, AEP®, for a webinar on restricted stock units (RSUs). RSUs are a common form of compensation granted by employers to key employees. In this webinar, Kevin and Larry will discuss how RSUs work, vesting schedules, key terminology, and how they compare to other forms of equity compensation. They will cover the tax implications of RSUs, including at grant, vesting, and sale, along with strategies to optimize tax treatment for public-sector RSUs. They will also discuss how to integrate RSUs into comprehensive financial plans and common risks (concentration, behavioral biases, and tax under-withholding). Finally, Kevin will also discuss case studies based on real life client situations.
