Although I've been "okay" (not excellent) with reviewing titling, I've never seen it as such an important part of my work for a client. "Beneficiary reviews" every other year is part of our Subscription service but I can see now that is not enough. Titling reviews will be added. Thank you.
- Michael Z.

Was not aware about how excess liability can be the insurance company's responsibility if the defendant offers to settle up to the insured liability amount and the insurance firm declines.
- Anthony C.

It just shows WHY I need a good lawyer to handle trust plans. It was more information than I could absorb.
- Gerald B.

Need to get good bankruptcy attorney involved for asset protection giving the complexity due to different state laws etc.
- Kenneth C.
