Special Needs Planning: Fundamentals and Avoiding Common Pitfalls

Parents with special needs children have many challenges to address, to include how do they ensure their child receives adequate care for the long-term. Listen to gain an understanding of the need for special needs planning for persons with disabilities, understanding the available tools used by planners, to include ABLE accounts and knowing and avoiding the common pitfalls of special needs planning.
Speakers exceeded my expectations. Great job! Bring them back again. Would like to hear more real life stores and examples of how to integrate the approaches with overall estate and gift planning, and traps to avoid.
