I may consider using our the centralized firmwide calendar in our CRM. My firm is small so we generally don't have multiple people doing work on the same client.

I appreciated Kate's honest answer to my question re: Hubly. We just signed up today (with Hubly), and they seem to have very capable/knowledgeable onboarding folks and processes. They might be choosing to focus there to help gain critical mass. A consultant (like Kate/Simplicity) is our Plan C.
