In this webinar, Mike Crossett and his team from The Federal Savings Bank discussed the Veteran Affairs (VA) loan program, how it the VA loan works, why the VA loan is a great option for MANY veterans. This includes leveraging the VA loan to help HIGH NET WORTH veterans looking to purchase or refinance properties and why the VA loan program is typically a better option. Benefits of this program include no down payment, no private mortgage insurance, availability to active duty, reserve, national guard, and honorably discharged veterans.

Attendees also learned about some other unique benefits of the VA loan program as well as strategies to work with the VA system. Participants also learned how veterans can benefit from the New Reverse Mortgage program and the Retirement Equity Line of Credit feature.
