I have researched this topic a fair amount, but some of the statistics she shared were new to me and very interesting. The simple chart of now, soon, and later was also helpful and an idea, I will use.

I've always felt I moved extremely slow with widows, but hearing this webinar helped me realize I think I'm actually moving at an appropriate pace. But, I should probably look at charging a flat fee for that first year or two because I have been doing a lot of pro bono work.
